Location
The University is located in Perth, the capital of Western Australia, where it has two campuses, and Bunbury, south of Perth, where it has a third. Perth lies in the south west of the state, near the coast, and is a cosmopolitan, prosperous city that welcomes innovation and diversity, offering a relaxed and contemporary lifestyle to residents and visitors alike through a range of interesting and enriching natural and cultural resources.
Campuses
Joondalup campus is the university’s main campus, located near Perth’s major freeway and fast rail links to the city. Facilities include student accommodation, a summertime outdoor cinema, recreation centre And the Science and Health Building. The campus is purpose built and state-of-the-art.
Mt Lawley campus the Western Australian Academy of the Performing Arts, one of the country’s most successful, and is only minutes from Perth’s CBD. Facilities include student accommodation, a gym and sports centre and modern teaching facilities.
South West (Bunbury) campus is located in bushland two hours drive (200 kilometres) south of Perth near St John of God Hospital, TAFE and the area health services in an education precinct. Apart from up-to-date teaching resources, the campus hosts student accommodation in newly built facilities.

General English, Academic English, Cambridge University English Language Programs and specialist or custom made short courses, as well as the University English Bridging Course for undergraduate admission and the Direct Entry Programme for postgraduate admission.

Entry Requirements
English language requirements for admission:- undergraduate admission – overall IELTS of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0; postgraduate admission – an overall IELTS of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0.
Academic admission requirements: undergraduate admission requires the equivalent of successful completion of Year 12 high school; post graduate admission generally requires either the successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree and/or relevant work experience.

Enrolment dates
- Semester 1: 30 November the previous year
- Semester 2: 31 May same year
Student activities
The University has International Student Groups which serve to advocate, encourage student networks and organise social activities for students. All campuses have social and recreational facilities such as cafes, gymnasia and sporting areas.
